What Is Your Exchange Policy?
- My item appears to be faulty
- I received the wrong size
- We do not accept exchanges for a change of mind or on handmade creatures
- Items must be returned within 14 days
- Shipping and handling charges are at the expense of the customer and are non-refundable
All returned products need to be in the same condition as when purchased and not worn or used. Should the condition be different upon return, we will have to void the return transaction.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
Unforunately we do not issue refunds for a change of mind. Refunds will only be offered where we can not replace or find a substitute item for the goods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we definitely do. We offer standard international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that some international shipments may incur additional custom fees and charges. Any additional charges will be at the buyer’s responsibility.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
- All handmade creatures and other handmade items will take aprroximately 1-2 weeks before they are dispatched.
- All other items will be dispatched within 1-2 days
- Should there be any delays, we will contact you immediately with an estimate
- Standard domestic shipping takes 2-3 days
- Standard International Shipping typically takes 10-15 days, but varies by destination
These are estimated delivery times only and do not include processing times. If you require express shipping, please contact us in advance.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order has been dispatched and one from our posting service once your order is on its way.

Can you gift wrap?
We can certainly gift wrap at no extra charge. Please let us know in the comments section at checkout.
